Unique building structure, historical atmosphere and decor, prime location near top attractions

The air conditioning is more of a suggestion than a guarantee!!! Poor water pressure in showers left me less than refreshed after a long day. Plus, those tired-looking decorations need immediate attention to bring some life back!!!

The hotel's charm is undeniable, located perfectly near the Duomo and offering spacious rooms. The service was amazing, especially when the staff assisted with our delayed luggage. However, the parking fees were unexpectedly high, which was a downside to the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the cozy single room and the lovely sunsets I caught by the Arno River. The sun terrace was a great place to unwind, and the TV room offered a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

Couple looking for a decent stay

Location was prime and beds were comfy, slept like babies after those long days. The endless tea and coffee available really brought a nice touch, felt like home, you know.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

Just returned from a fantastic 3-night stay in a Classic Double or Twin Room. The location was perfect, with easy access to all major attractions and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it a great place to rest after long days of exploring. Plus, the tea and coffee machines being available all day were a nice touch for quick breaks.

Some noise from the street was noticeable at times.
